The Sheriff’s Office announced these plans this past week, noting that the picnic will be a drive-through event with a free car wash, barbecue boxed lunch, live music, a raffle, giveaways and goodie bags.

“Our annual senior picnic is always one of my favorite events,” Evangelidis said in the announcement. “As we continue to make progress in our return to normalcy, it will be so great to see everyone again and celebrate together.”

The picnic is sponsored by the Worcester County Reserve Deputy Sheriff’s Association and a series of community partners including Christopher Heights Assisted Living, Resinate, The Overlook, 1Worcester Homes, Jessica Albino Law Office, CareOne at Millbury and The Gun Parlor, among others.

While the picnic is free and open to all seniors living in Worcester County, space is limited.  Anyone interested in learning more about the picnic can call 508-796-2638 or email dostiguy@worcestercountysheriff.org.

SORRY, WE ARE AT OUR ATTENDEE LIMIT.  WE LOOK FORWARD TO SEEING YOU AT OUR SENIOR PICNIC NEXT YEAR 2023!
