MAXI-C ROOF TOP UNIT (RTU)
Sealed bids for the Worcester County Sheriff’s Office for the removal and installation of the Maxi-C RTU, as per specifications, will be received in the Finance Department at the Worcester Sheriff’s Office, 5 Paul X. Tivnan Drive, West Boylston, MA 01583, until 10:00 am local time on Tuesday, August 05, 2025 and at that time publicly opened and read.
Bid packets with specifications may be obtained on COMMBUYS or by emailing Tracy Sullivan at TSullivan@sdw.state.ma.us. The Worcester Sheriff’s Office reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
There will be a mandatory meeting held for this bid on Thursday, July 24, 2025, @ 11:30 am.
Work will follow all regulations set forth by OSHA, DEP, EPA, ASTM, and the Massachusetts Dept. of Labor and Workforce Development. The contractor shall obtain, at his own expense, all permits required by governing authorities. All tradesmen working on the site must pass CORI checks.
The contractor must be DCAMM certified.
