The Worcester County Reserve Deputy Sheriff’s Association under Worcester County Sheriff Lew Evangelidis has activated over 40 Reserve Deputies to assist the community during the current COVID-19 crisis. Many seniors are housebound due the current health crisis and can no longer go food shopping or pick up their medications. Under Sheriff Evangelidis, Reserve Deputies are currently assisting two local senior complexes on a weekly basis, to help them with those important tasks during this difficult and challenging time. On Friday, Reserve Deputies shopped for residents of KT Senior Housing in Auburn.
